Although Parrot Video Services is primarily a video lab, we can also assist you with your audio digitization projects. We use high tech software and powerful studio equipment to record audio from analog sources and preserve it for a lifetime in a convenient digital CD format.
Cassette Tapes: Those of us who were around during the heyday of cassette tapes know just how easy it is for a cassette to get eaten by a tape player or damaged by dust, heat, or moisture. Why trust your precious memories to this vulnerable format when you can digitize them instead? We can easily record your cassette tapes to CD.

Reel-to-Reel Tapes: You may have some fantastic audio on reel to reel tapes, but it’s going to be extremely difficult to share this content with friends, family, and colleagues who don’t have the bulky, outdated equipment required to play the tapes. Fortunately, Parrot Video Services does have this equipment. We can play just about any track configuration, reel size, and speed you may have and record the content into a high quality digital file on CD.

Special Projects: Pretty much anything with sound can be digitized to CD with the right equipment and knowledge. For example, one client had us take the audio from a concert on VHS and put it on a CD. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions about recording audio from sources besides cassette tapes and reel-to-reel tapes.
