MONTAGES (Photos to Video)
Photographs on video can be a very exciting and emotional experience
when set to the music of your choice! The music that you supply
us will set the mood, the pace and the ambiance. Upbeat songs will
have lively transitions between photos, whereas slow, or romantic
songs will have more subtle transitions. Zooming in & out, along
with pans and tilts are utilized in combination with over 100 possible
special effects, giving the viewer a desire to watch it again and
again! Articles that lay flat can also be incorporated, such as
medals, merit badges, medallions etc. Photos can be any size from
postage stamp size all the way up to 8 x 10. Photos must be taken
out of any frames or albums and numbered on the back in the order
you wish them transferred. DO NOT USE POST-IT NOTES, they fall off. Watch out for wet pen ink smearing on previous photos as you stack them!!!
Plan
your music for about 7-9 photos per minute to allow for special F/X,
fades and/or transitions between photos.

TITLE
PAGES
A title page is any text message you wish to appear on the screen
at any given moment. An example would be... "Happy Birthday
Joe" or perhaps ending the video with a personal message
like "Prepared with Love... Mary".
A 'PAGE' can consist of, up to 20 characters across, and up to
8 lines. Title pages can be placed at beginning and/or end of
video, in between film reels, between photos, even 'superimposed'
over a photo! OPENING/CLOSING TITLE PAGES $5.00
"MID PROJECT" TITLE PAGES $10.00
BACKGROUND
MUSIC
There is never a charge for adding music to your film, photo or
slide video project, as long the songs are played in their entirety.
During film transfer, the CD or cassette must also be played in
their entirety to avoid the cost of stopping/starting the projector
after each song.
Our categories
to choose from are:
EASY LISTENING, BIG BAND, HITS of the 40's or 50's, COUNTRY WESTERN,
OLDIES ROCK or CLASSICAL (Mozart etc).
You are always welcome to supply your own CD or cassettes of your
favorite music if you choose to do so. Using popular songs for
home video projects does not violate copyright laws. I have made
several phone calls regarding this issue!
